  • Zero Third-Party Tracking: No analytics beacons, tracking identifiers, or ad profiling SDKs.

2. Information Processed On-Device

Because Multi QR Scanner & Generator functions exclusively offline, all data processing takes place strictly inside your physical device's local memory environment:

A. Camera Live Viewfinder Data

When the camera scanner is active, the application accesses the camera feed ephemerally to detect 1D and 2D barcode patterns in real time. Zero frames, photographs, or video feeds are ever recorded, cached, or transmitted. The stream is processed in-memory and immediately released.

B. On-Device Content & History Generation

Any QR codes or barcodes you generate, customize, scan, favorite, or export are saved strictly inside an on-device local Room Database and encrypted application preferences via Android DataStore. This index is sandboxed and never synchronized with remote servers.

C. Local Gallery Image Decoding

If you choose to scan a barcode from an existing device photo or screenshot, the image URI is consumed locally using on-device machine learning detection models. The source image is never duplicated, modified, or uploaded off-device.

  • Complete OS Erasure: Performing an uninstallation or selecting Clear Storage / Data in Android Settings permanently wipes all databases and preferences from the physical flash memory.

7. Children's Privacy & Regulatory Compliance

Multi QR Scanner & Generator is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under the age of 13.
